Exchange Policy:
All our pieces are made to order, which means each item is crafted especially for you. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds.
We do offer an exchange only in the event of a damaged product or a sizing error on our part. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be shipped back to us in its original condition before an exchange is processed.
We kindly ask that you refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order to avoid any sizing concerns.

How should I care for my Kanzo piece?

Dry clean only. We do not recommend machine or hand washing as it may damage the fabric, embroidery, or embellishments.

Where are you based?

We are based in Lahore, Pakistan and currently ship across Lahore. Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping charges.

How long does delivery take?

7 to 14 working days for standard orders. For premium and luxury wear, up to 18 working days.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No, since every piece is made to order, full payment is required before dispatch.
